Associate Director of Special Events

DeSales High School is seeking an immediate full-time, outgoing self-starter to work directly with the Director of Advancement in the successful management and execution of fundraising projects and events, including the Hall of Honors Awards Dinner; Golden Legacy Breakfast and the Benefit Gala. Additional responsibilities include overseeing student participation in the Phonathon; coordination of direct mail campaigns; gift entry and acknowledgment; serving as Fillies Club liaison; assisting with alumni reunions and events; and other duties as assigned.

Candidates should demonstrate a personal commitment to spiritual values; exhibit high professional standards in conduct and appearance; have a general understanding of charitable giving practices; possess excellent organizational and communication skills; and relate well with both students and adults. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required; bachelor’s degree and experience in event management in a nonprofit setting preferred.
