We are pleased to invite DeSales alumni, parents and friends to the 12th annual DeSales Day at the Downs. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to socialize with members of the DeSales Family.

Your ticket includes admission to Churchill Downs, a race-day program and the Chef’s Table Buffet (subject to change). Millionaire's Row offers a beautiful dining space as well as a great vantage point to watch the races from the comfort of your own table, via monitors or from the tiered balconies overlooking the track. Amenities include conveniently located mutuel tellers, self-service wagering machines, multiple television monitors and a cash bar.

Dress

The required dress code is business casual. Shirts with collars, sweaters, dresses, pantsuits and slacks are preferred. Jackets are optional. Distressed or torn denim is not permissible.

Ticket pick-up

Tickets may be picked up from DeSales June 6-10. Tickets may be picked up from Churchill Downs on June 12 from 11:30-1:30 p.m. A DeSales table will be set out near the VIP gate.

Parking/Entry

Please enter through the VIP gate. The Blue and Yellow Parking Lots are most convenient to the VIP gate.
