Pre-Game Alumni Party
Alums of all ages attended the first Alumni Social of 2020 at the DeSales home basketball game on Friday, January 10, 2020. Attendees watched the DeSales home basketball game against Bethlehem.

DeSales Baseball Alumni Social
Twenty-three DeSales alumni and friends enjoyed the home baseball game and great Colt company at the alumni social on Tuesday, April 23. The event was sponsored by the DeSales Alumni Association. Attendees were treated to a game ticket, hot dog and drink for $5.00. The Alumni Association will host a social prior to a home game for several DeSales athletic teams.

Young Alumni Happy Hours
Thirteen young alumni (Classes of 2008-18) attended the first-ever Young Alumni Happy Hour on Thursday, May 9, at Against the Grain Brewery. We had a great turnout and will definitely do this again. Many thanks to Against the Grain Brewery and their outstanding staff for hosting us and being so accommodating. DeSales alumni Shane Benton '96, general manager, and co-owner Andrew Ott '01 were our hosts, and bartender Scott Harrett '01 took great care of us.

A second Young Alumni Happy Hour was held on Thursday, July 18, at O'Shea's Irish Pub. Kevin O'Shea '12 was our bartender, and O'Shea's is owned by Tommy O'Shea '80. The next Young Alumni Happy Hour will be held in October.
"Alumni Night" a Success!
The re-vamped DeSales Alumni Association hosted 103 alumni on Friday evening, December 7. All DeSales alumni were invited to an Alumni Association reception prior to the DeSales varsity basketball game vs. Christian Academy.

Alumni from the early 1960s through the Class of 2018 reconnected with classmates and fellow alumni. Additionally, Charlie Tewell '80, Alumni Association Chair, introduced himself and informed the attendees of the re-organization. Charlie also introduced Travis Wagoner, our new Associate Director of Alumni Relations. DeSales President Dr. Rick Blackwell also shared with the group the great news from around campus.
