DeSales High School Varsity Basketball went 18-12 in the 2019 season under first-year head coach Damien Anderson. Despite losing the two leading scorers in Louisville, the Colts have re-loaded and are looking to bring the 6th region title back to Kenwood for the first time since 1979. With recently added transfers, Sekou Kalle and Eduardo Tostado, the Colts gain some size and scoring that will help in their hopes of doing so. Alongside these transfers, this year’s freshman class has a lot of talent that is expected to make an impact at the varsity level.
The Colts have setup a loaded regular season schedule that includes numerous top teams in the state of Kentucky, as well as being invited to play in the ‘Stockton Children’s Classic’ in Stockton, CA.
The team opens up the season on December 3rd at home against Trinity High School. We look forward to seeing you at the games and as always, we greatly appreciate the support. GO COLTS!
