What did you do right after graduation? College/career/travel/military?
I started college and worked in UPS' Metro College Program. I also worked at Best Buy Mobile.

Where are you and what are you doing now?
I have now worked for Churchill Downs Incorporated for over 3 years. Currently, I am the Simulcast Operations Manager for all the CDI owned racetracks and casinos, and a few others who outsource our services.
What do you like most about what you are doing?
I like the ability to work in the community I grew up in, and give back to the institutions, and people, that helped me get where I am today.
What is your favorite memory about DeSales?
My favorite memory was Immersion Week my junior year. We went to Las Vegas.

Mr. Moore
What classes and learning experiences did you have at DeSales that are beneficial to the work you do?
Working on a laptop everyday gave me typing skills and knowledge of how to work many different programs and software. Personal finance was also beneficial.
What is the most important thing you learned while you were at DeSales?
Always help out those in need.
What advice do you have for current (or potential) students at DeSales?
Reach out to any company/person you have an interest in to pursue an internship. You never know what might peak your interest, and as my senior quote says "if you never do, you'll never know" - Taco Bell hot sauce packet. The path to how I ended up at CDI is owed to many people, and I never would have made it here if I didn't step out of my comfort zone.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy going to my lake house, racing motorcycles, skydiving, and being around people who I enjoy spending time with. I also work with computers in my spare time, configuring servers and building websites.
What’s next for you/where do you see yourself in five years?
In five years I want to be working to get closer to my career goal of becoming President of Churchill Downs Racetrack.
