AP & Dual Credit Program

DeSales is proud to announce a major expansion to the school’s Honors Program by offering  20 dual credit college courses, the most offered in the Archdiocese of Louisville. These course offerings are partnered both in-person and online with five Kentucky universities: the University of Louisville, Campbellsville University, Spalding University, Eastern Kentucky University, and Jefferson Community Technical College. 

“With the price of college increasing each year, it only makes sense to offer students as many opportunities to get ahead as possible,” said DeSales Assistant Principal Aaron Gottbrath, who oversees the program.  “Most of our students are ready for freshman-level college work by their junior year, and many of our graduates have left with between 3 to 45 college credit hours on their transcripts over the past three years.”
